Control screening is used for quality assurance within the production process. It removes unwanted particles, agglomerates, or foreign matter from the product stream before downstream process steps or packaging take place. The goal is to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with defined specifications.
During classification, bulk materials are specifically separated by particle size. This results in defined particle size fractions that are required for subsequent process steps or to meet product specifications. Classification is used, for example, with powders, granules, pellets, and extruded products.
Dust removal is used when fine particles affect product quality, further processing, or process characteristics. By selectively separating dust fractions, the desired product characteristics can be achieved and downstream processes can be optimized.
For the controlled feeding of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and pet food industries, SPALECK offers a range of solutions, such as vibratory feeders, vibrating chutes, vibrating conveyor tubes, and specialized dosing systems. We design our screening machines for granulates in such a way that, for example, the screening surface can be changed quickly and easily when changing materials. This means that your employees can change screen linings very quickly on site. At the same time, maintenance is easy. Both minimize any downtimes during pellet screening and pellet production.
To ensure that the pellet screening machine can achieve the best screening results, its vibration frequency, screening panels and inclination are optimally adapted to your screening material. At the start of the screening process, the raw material is fed into the granulate screening machine.
