Every employee can confidentially discuss the issues that are important to them – both privately and professionally – with a professional trainer and gain new solutions, perspectives and ideas.”
The coaching takes place on the trainer’s premises without knowledge of and feedback to the company. SPALECK bears the costs for the offer. The aim of the coaching is to train your own resilience. Resilience or psychological resistance is the ability to master challenging situations and crises and to use them for development thanks to one’s own personality.
